International organization for migration, Mission to Ukraine, (IOM) on 23 July 2015 announces a public tender for the supply and delivery of vehicles and equipment for SBGS of Ukraine in the framework of project “Strengthening Surveillance and Bilateral Coordination Capacity Along the Common Border between Belarus and Ukraine (SURCAP Phase II)”.
Bidding procedure will be conducted based on the rules of the International Organization for Migration.

The prices in bids should be stated in US dollars bid on DDP Kyiv, Ukraine without VAT and customs duties in Ukraine.
The bid must be valid for no less than 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of the tender submission deadline; it should be clearly stated in the bid.
One more key requirement is readiness of the company to fully accept the form of IOM model of supply agreement.
The bids, which are not compliant to the abovementioned, will not be considered by IOM.
The bids will be evaluated by lots.
Companies wishing to participate in the tender should submit originals of bids and supporting documents listed in Bidding documents, including Bid Security equivalent, on or before 10:00 (EEST) Tuesday, 25 August 2015. Late bids shall be rejected.
In case of subcontractor involving, it is mandatory to submit all the technical and financial documents of the subcontractor.

IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the selection process and reject all proposals at any time prior to agreement award, without thereby incurring any liability to affected Bidders.
