International Organization for Migration, Mission to Ukraine, (IOM), announces a tender for the production of promotion and printed materials for purposes of the project «Promoting Cohesion and Sustainable Community Development in Conflict-Affected Communities in the Donbas», in accordance with the design and layouts provided by IOM.

Companies wishing to participate in the tender should submit originals of commercial offers on or before 10:00 04 July 2018, along with the supporting documents (copies of the constituent documents, certificates of state registration, certificates of inclusion in the USREOU, certificates of taxpayer). Applications submitted after this deadline will not be accepted.
When preparing a commercial proposal, it must be taken into account that, in accordance with the current IOM tender procedure, the comparison of the submitted offers will be performed separately for each lot. One or several winners of the tender may be selected on the basis of comparison and evaluation of proposals.
Another key requirement of the tender is the commitment of the winner to fully accept the standard form of the IOM contract (download here).
Commercial offers that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted by IOM.

Electronic copies of commercial offers shall be sent to e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with indication of the name and number of the tender in the subject line: Tender for the production of promotion materials (UA1-2018-2024).

IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and/or to annul the selection process and/or reject all proposals at any time prior to agreement award, without thereby incurring any liability to affected Bidders.
