International organization for migration, Mission to Ukraine, (IOM) on 27 October 2015 re-announces a public tender for the supply and delivery of vehicles and equipment for SBGS of Ukraine in the framework of project “Strengthening Surveillance and Bilateral Coordination Capacity Along the Common Border between Belarus and Ukraine (SURCAP Phase II)”.
Bidding procedure will be conducted based on the rules of the International Organization for Migration.

The prices in bids should be stated in US dollars bid on DDP Kyiv, Ukraine without VAT and customs duties in Ukraine.
The bid must be valid for no less than 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of the tender submission deadline; it should be clearly stated in the bid.
One more key requirement is readiness of the company to fully accept the form of IOM model of supply agreement.
The bids, which are not compliant to the abovementioned, will not be considered by IOM.
The bids will be evaluated by lots.
The originals of bids and supporting documents listed below, including Bid Security equivalent, must be submitted to the BEAC with tender reference UA1-2015-220.1 to IOM Mission in Ukraine by e-mail email@example.com or personally, or mailed to the in a sealed envelope to the address: 8 Mykhailivska St., Kyiv, 01001, Ukraine on or before 11:00 (EEST) Wednesday, 11 November 2015. Late bids shall be rejected.
In case of submission within established deadline of the bid by abovementioned e-mail, it is also mandatory required to send original bid in a sealed envelope to the address: 8 Mykhailivska St., Kyiv, 01001, Ukraine no later than Friday, 18 November 2015.
In case of subcontractor involving, it is mandatory to submit all the technical and financial documents of the subcontractor.
It is obligatory to indicate on the envelope the project name and the tender number:

IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the selection process and reject all proposals at any time prior to agreement award, without thereby incurring any liability to affected Bidders.
