THE IOM IS LOOKING FOR A WEB-SITE SERVICE AGENCY FOR THE IOM'S KYIV WEB-SITE RECONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPING
The IOM Mission in Ukraine is looking for a web-site service developing/Internet agency for reconstruction and developing the IOM Mission in Ukraine official web-site, continued support and promotion, design creation and maintenance.
The development of the IOM Mission in Ukraine web-site should include:
- Creation of a content structure;
- Installation, configuration and customization of CMS (content management system);
- Creation of customized design in accordance with corporate style and requirements;
- Training for IOM staff on everyday management of the site;
- Maintenance and troubleshooting.
The selected web-site developing/ Internet agency should follow tasks below:

The pre-project research. Architecture of web-site project, functional description, technical description, web-site structure, navigation system and usability concepts, database structure planning.

Design. Design (visual) for the front page and a headline for the site. Creation of customized design in accordance with corporate style. Creation of customized design includes the main page and the internal pages. Design of templates for internal pages.

|
Development of FLASH components, including slide show for video gallery.
|
|

|
Web-interfaces development. xHTML/CSS/
AJAX / JavaScript coding. HTML programming up to 70-100 html templates.

|
Programming. Basic installation, configuration and customization of CMS (content management system) Drupal in accordance with client requirements. To develop customized modules to extend the functionality of CMS core.

Main menu, integration.
|

Caption, body, link “more”, date for press releases and similar announcements.

Displaying of content type "News" for all similar sections. (with the ability to edit and add pictures)

Content type “Tenders” + displaying. (with the ability to edit and add pictures)

Content type “Publications” + displaying (with the ability to edit and add pictures).
Example – simple text pages without special formatting + pictures.

Project Completion Timeline:
2 months from the start.
Time of development : 224 business hours.
Applicant should provide (in Ukrainian and English) the following information:
- Commercial proposal;
- Audit of the web-site;
- Timeline;
- Draft budget;
- Work plan;
- Concept note;
- Short information about the organization/agency.
Submission, receiving and opening.
The proposals should be sent to IOM Mission in Ukraine Resource Management Specialist Valeriya Brakhileva.
Deadline for submitting proposals: 17:00 hrs, 9 August, 2010.
One more key requirement is the readiness of the company to fully accept the IOM’s standard contract format (PLEASE, DOWNLOAD HERE).
