International Organization for Migration (IOM) is the leading inter-governmental organization in the field of migration and works closely with governmental, intergovernmental and non-governmental partners to ensure the orderly and humane management of migration, to promote international cooperation on migration issues, to assist in the search for practical solutions to migration problems and to provide humanitarian assistance to migrants in need, including refugees and internally displaced people.
IOM Ukraine implements 60-month project in selected cities of Donetsk and Luhansk regions – Kramatorsk and Sievierodonetsk, which aim is to provide a surplus to affordable, modern and energy efficient housing stock making it available for accommodation by vulnerable categories among internally displaced persons (IDPs) and locals.
Thus, IOM intends to implement housing project by building of approximately 700 apartments in total in the both regions, or approximately 45,000 m2 of living area (net surface). Therefore, prequalified Applicants will further be invited to participate in a tender for development of the complete design documentation for residential houses as described above.
In the framework of the IDP Housing Project, IOM invites Expression of Interest (hereinafter – “EoI”) from suitable qualified and experienced Consultants/Design bureaus to express their interest for providing all necessary services for making of complete and detailed engineering design for construction of multi accommodations buildings, prepare relevant tender documentation and assist in technical evaluation of submitted bids for the construction contracts.

Applicants shall submit the sealed envelopes containing the EoI submissions either by registered post or hand delivery, latest by 16:00 (EEST) on 18 September 2020. The sealed envelopes shall be clearly marked as follows:

Along with submitting of the EoI originals the Applicants shall deposit electronic version of all the EoI documents (signed and stamped scan copies) on any open filesharing hosting (One Drive, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.) and shall send a direct link for a documents package downloading (this link shall not require registration or authorization) on e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org , not later than the due date specified.

This Call for EoI does not constitute a solicitation. Thus, submitting a reply to this Call for EoI does not automatically guarantee that an Applicant will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued. EoI’s will be reviewed based on core technical competencies, proven experience, financial capacity, registration with the government authorities and outcome of reference check; procurement of services will be governed by the rules and regulations of IOM.
IOM reserves the right to reject any or all EoI’s submitted, or to cancel the Call any time and without assigning any reasons thereof, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Applicants.
