International organization for migration, Mission to Ukraine, (IOM) on 11 February 2021 announces a public tender for the supply of laundry equipment for social institutions in Eastern Ukraine in the framework of the projects “Essential Humanitarian Assistance and Early Recovery Support of Vulnerable Returnees, IDPs and other Conflict-Affected Communities in Eastern Ukraine”, supported by the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of People, Refugees and Migration (PRM).
Tender procedure will be conducted based on the rules of the International Organization for Migration.

The bid must be valid for no less than 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of the tender submission deadline, what should be clearly stated in the bid.
Willingness of the Bidder to accept a standard IOM contract form in full is considered to be an essential tender requirement.
The offered price of the Goods shall be quoted in USD VAT excluded.
This tender is open to suppliers who are not VAT payers. Bids from suppliers who are VAT payers will be rejected.
For the purpose of unit prices calculation and total amount calculation in USD one shall use the UN operational rate of exchange as of the calculation date (the actual value of the exchange rate is indicated here: https://treasury.un.org/operationalrates/OperationalRates.php).
Payment shall be made in the Invoice currency, according to UN operational exchange rate as of the date of payment.
Companies wishing to participate in the tender should submit originals of bids on or before 13:00 01 March 2021 (tender’s deadline), along with the supporting documents, listed in the Tender Documents.

Written copies of IOM’s response (including an explanation of the query but without identifying the source of inquiry) will be published at the country website of the IOM Mission in Ukraine for all prospective bidders (http://www.iom.org.ua/en/tenders/current-tenders).
IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the selection process and reject all proposals at any time prior to agreement award, without thereby incurring any liability to affected Bidders.
