International Organization for Migration (IOM) is the leading inter-governmental organization in the field of migration and works closely with governmental, intergovernmental and non-governmental partners to ensure the orderly and humane management of migration, to promote international cooperation on migration issues, to assist in the search for practical solutions to migration problems and to provide humanitarian assistance to migrants in need, including refugees and internally displaced people.
IOM Ukraine implements 60-month project in selected cities of Donetsk and Luhansk regions, which aim is to provide a surplus to affordable, modern and energy efficient housing stock making it available for accommodation by vulnerable categories among internally displaced persons (IDPs) and locals.
In the framework of the Project IOM invites the suitable qualified and experienced construction companies to express their interest in execution of construction of the multistory residential buildings in Sievierodonetsk, Luhansk region, and Kramatorsk, Donetsk region.
IOM intends to implement the Project by building of approximately 500-600 apartments (250-300 per city) in total in both regions, or approximately 35,000 m2 of total living area. Therefore, prequalified Applicants will further be invited to participate in a tender for execution of the full scope of construction works. Types of main construction works for both cities:
- Construction site organization;
- General construction works (strip and pile foundations, concrete and brick structures);
- Roof, facades;
- Finishing of walls, partitions and ceilings of living rooms, corridors, kitchens, bathrooms and toilets, other ancillary premises;
- Floor coverings of living rooms, corridors, kitchens, bathrooms, toilets and other ancillary premises;
- Installation of internal door leaves with frames, elements of built-in cupboards and shelfs in apartments;
- Installation of plumbing equipment and appliances, plumbing fixtures, as well as water meters in apartments;
- Installation of electric or gas stoves, television sockets;
- Finishing of balconies and loggias;
- External and internal engineering networks;
- Elevator equipment;
Applicants shall submit the sealed envelopes containing the EoI submissions either by registered post or hand delivery, latest by 16:00 (EEST) on 24 May 2021. The sealed envelopes shall be clearly marked as follows:

Along with submitting of the EoI originals the Applicants shall deposit electronic version of all the EoI documents (signed and stamped scan copies) on any open filesharing hosting (OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.) and shall send a direct link for a documents package downloading (this link shall not require registration or authorization) on e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org, not later than the due date specified.

This Call for EoI does not constitute a solicitation. Thus, submitting a reply to this Call for EoI does not automatically guarantee that an Applicant will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued. EoI’s will be reviewed based on core technical competencies, proven experience, financial capacity, registration with the government authorities and outcome of reference check; procurement of services will be governed by the rules and regulations of IOM.
IOM reserves the right to reject any or all EoI’s submitted, or to cancel the Call any time and without assigning any reasons thereof, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Applicants.
