The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is an intergovernmental organization established in 1951 and is committed to the principle that humane and orderly migration benefits both migrants and society.
In the framework of the Project “Essential Humanitarian Assistance and Early Recovery Support to Vulnerable Returnees, IDPs and other Conflict-Affected Communities in Eastern Ukraine” funded by the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of People, Refugees and Migration (PRM)” IOM invites interested vendors to submit Proposals for Conduction of Survey of Internally Displaced Persons within the National Monitoring System (ua1-2021-1865):

To carry out the survey of the IDPs households, including collecting and analyzing information on their socioeconomic characteristics, their financial situation and basic needs, employment, mobility intention, perception of the integration into the local communities and their sense of belonging to the communities, etc

Interested service providers are invited to write to email@example.com from 22.06.2021 to 13.07.2021 to request the full package of Request for Proposals (RFP) documents clearly indicating in the email subject line:
UA1-2021-1865 - [company name] - Request of RFP documents.
IOM shall provide detailed information on terms of participation to the interested service providers.
This Request for Proposals is open to Service Providers that are not subject to VAT in Ukraine.
Based on the results of this Request for Proposals, a Service Agreement will be signed with the selected Service Provider.
Proposals shall be valid for a period of 60 calendar days after the submission deadline and shall be emailed to same email address above on 14:00 (EEST), 13.07.2021.
Late Proposals shall be rejected.
IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal for, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all proposals for at any time prior to award of Contract, without obligation to inform the affected vendor/s of the ground for IOM action.
